With 6 levels of apartments it is thebiggest property at Hotham with a range of apartments from motel rooms- tea & coffee making facilities only, self contained studios, 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms apartments.

The Arlberg Mt Hotham has a licensed supermarket, bar & bistro, heater indoor pool & sauna, ski hire store & reception plus 2 lifts for guest use. These are 2 of only 4 lifts on the mountain. There is an unloading zone out the front of the building for guest to drop off their bags before moving their vehicle down to the Hotham over night carpark, where the Hotham village bus will collect you from the bus stop and drop you off at the front door of the Arlberg Mt Hotham.

The Arlberg Mt Hotham is only a short walk from the top of the Village chairlift or 1 bus stop for those who want to save their legs for the slopes.

Mt Hotham is Victoria’s most unique alpine resort as the resort village is located on the top of the mountain and runs along the ridge line for about 2km from start to finish, conveniently the free Hotham village bus service means once you arrive to this impressive resort you don’t need your car, arrive, unpack and relax. The Hotham village bus starts before 7am and finishes when the last bar closes in the early hours of the morning (please note this bus only runs during the ski season). There is oversnow assistance for your luggage available for most properties- (there may be a cost associated). Most of the ski runs run down from the road so grab lunch or a coffee at one of the many cafes which have the most spectacular views.

With the Hotham airport (open during winter for domestic flights)20km down the road or jump on a bus from Melbourne with pick-ups from Southern Cross Station or Tullamarine Airport. It’s definitely one of the most accessible resorts . With budget properties through to ski in ski out apartments & chalets there is something to suit everyone. The 2013 ski season starts on Saturday 8th and finishes on Sunday 29th September.
